RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Dresses & Formal Wear: ALL SALES FINAL

All dress and formal wear sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on:

        Quinceañera gowns

        Prom and formal dresses

        Bridal gowns

        Any other formal or special occasion attire

This policy is firm and applies to all dress purchases without exception.

2. Accessories & Jewelry: Exchange or Store Credit Only

Unworn, unused accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. This includes:

        Tiaras and crowns

        Jewelry sets (necklaces, earrings, bracelets)

        Hair accessories and veils

        General boutique accessories

Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will exchange the item at no additional cost. Proof of purchase is required.
